Who We Are
Rashtra Sevika Nepal is the Nepalese chapter of the global Rashtra Sevika movement — the world's largest voluntary organization dedicated to the holistic empowerment of women and girls. We are a non-profit organization driven entirely by volunteers who believe that the strength of a nation lies in the strength of its women.
Our work spans every corner of Nepal — from the highest Himalayan villages to the Terai plains — touching the lives of over 500,000 Sevikas across all 77 districts. Through our daily Shakha assemblies, training camps, education programs, and seva activities, we have been quietly and consistently building a stronger Nepal.
We keep Nepalese values — dharma, seva, sanskriti, and shakti — at the core of everything we do. Our goal is not merely social service, but the rebuilding of a glorious Rashtra through the empowerment of every Nepalese woman.

Quick Facts
Our Core Values
Five foundational values that shape every action, every Sevika, every Shakha
Seva — Service
Selfless service to society is the highest calling. Every Sevika is a servant of the Rashtra, putting the needs of others before herself.
Shakti — Strength
Physical, mental, and spiritual strength. We nurture strong women who can face any challenge and uplift those around them.
Sangh — Organization
Unity in diversity. Through disciplined organization at every level, from Shakha to national, we multiply our collective impact.
Sanskriti — Culture
Nepalese culture is our identity and our pride. We preserve, celebrate, and pass on our rich heritage to every generation.
Swaraj — Self-Reliance
Economic and personal independence for every woman. We equip Sevikas with skills and confidence to shape their own destiny.
Shraddha — Devotion
Devotion to Rashtra, to duty, and to the greater good. A Sevika's dedication to the nation transcends personal interest.
